Dear Grand Dominion Residents,
As many of you are aware, The Acres Group performed snow removal services last Friday, February 24th and damaged several areas of turf within the residential lots.
The Acres Group is extremely apologetic to the situation and they have begun working on repairs as of today. Acres will have a crew onsite everyday this week to roll back the sod as the snow melts. In addition, as soon as the weather is conducive for the additional repairs, Acres will correct it at whatever time and expense that is necessary.
The tractor operator that caused the significant damage in NH3 was terminated.
The Acres Group also completed internal discussions with all parties involved. They work very hard on their snow program and are proud of the many compliments they receive annually on the work they produce. When they fail to perform at an acceptable level, it is paramount that they address it and take action so that is not repeated. The Acres Group never wants to disappoint the client and their main goal and objective is to provide exceptional service. The Acres Group is confident that they have taken corrective steps to ensure improvement and provide the service that we deserve and have contracted.
Representatives from the Acres Group will be meeting with the Board of Directors, Management, P&G Committee members and the NH reps at the upcoming monthly workshop on March 5th. The Acres Group will also have representation at the Board meeting scheduled on March 13th at 6:00pm to address the community personally.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this situation.
Sincerely,
Erica Horndasch, CMCA, AMS
