The Board of Directors formally approved the 2012 Budget

The Board of Directors formally approved the 2012 Budget at the Open Meeting held on 12/6/11 at 1:00pm.

The budget reflects a 2.46% increase.

Summary of new monthly amount:
Manor Lots $162.00
Designer/Classic Lots $167.00
Shoreline Lots $175.25
Estate Lots $188.50

If you are currently taking advantage of direct debit, the new amount will automatically be deducted from your bank account.
