Grand Dominion Residents:

RE: Management Update

We are two months into the transition of the Association Management from Wentworth to Foster Premier. We appreciate the support of our residents, volunteers, committees, trade partners, Foster Premier and the great staff of the Grand Dominion Homeowners Association, as we make progress every day. The Board stands behind the decision to change management companies and in bringing Kevin Green to Grand Dominion Homeowners Association. We appreciate your patience during this transition.

As in the past if you have any questions or suggestions, you should direct them to the appropriate committee, neighborhood representative, Kevin Tracy, any other member of the Grand Dominion staff. Foster Premier is the new management company for the Grand Dominion Homeowners Association and this still includes the management of the staff. If for some reason you do not feel your question is handled you also can contact Jamie Falconer, Vice President of Foster Premier.

The Grand Dominion staff is available everyday to work with the residents of Grand Dominion. As in the past, the employees report to the Community Manager. The Community Manager reports to Foster Premier, who ultimately reports to the board.

The Board and management take the responsibility to manage the Grand Dominion Homeowners Association very seriously, including compliance with applicable law and the governing documents of the Association. Finally, we want to make you aware that the Board will not tolerate outbursts, accusations or personal attacks at the Board meetings or through any other means, including electronic mail. If the board is made aware of any inappropriate activity, the Association and/or its agents reserve the right to take whatever actions necessary to protect the respective rights and interests of the employees of Grand Dominion.

We thank you for your continued support in keeping Grand Dominion the special place that it has become for all Del Webb homeowners.
